YURIDIA RELEASES “ERES MI NADA” AND “TU PASADO Y TÚ” — TWO POWERFUL SONGS TO CLOSE THE CHAPTER
Miami, FL (July 3, 2026) – YURIDIA continues to cement her place as one of the most important Spanish-language artists and as the leading female voice in regional Mexican music. The artist opens a new musical chapter with the bundled release of “Eres Mi Nada” and “Tu Pasado y Tú,” two songs that explore different stages of a breakup, delivered with the emotional honesty that has defined much of her career.
“Eres Mi Nada,” the release’s focus track and written by Gussy Lau, captures the emptiness that lingers after a relationship ends, moving through the nostalgia and difficulty of letting go of someone who still occupies every thought. “Tu Pasado y Tú,” written by Alejandra Zéguer and César Robles, takes a more direct look at the disillusionment of realizing someone never truly closed the door on their past, turning that pain into a farewell declaration.
“You’re that lump in my throat when I look at our photos, when someone asks me what happened to us, why we ended things, and I don’t even know what to say…” is part of the lyrics to “Eres Mi Nada.”
Together, the two songs offer complementary perspectives on the same story: the grief of losing someone and the clarity that comes from understanding why the relationship couldn’t survive. It’s a universal theme that speaks directly to the audience that has followed Yuridia for more than two decades and continues to find in her music a space for identification and catharsis.
“On July 2nd, ‘Eres Mi Nada’ and ‘Tu Pasado y Tú’ will be yours,” the singer told her fans on social media.
The release comes with two official music videos directed by Yuridia herself and her creative director, Chino, visually reinforcing a narrative arc that moves from heartbreak and vulnerability to empowerment and emotional release.
This new chapter will also take the stage during the “Las Cartas Sobre la Mesa”tour, which kicks off with two dates at Estadio GNP Seguros in Mexico City, making Yuridia the first Mexican woman to headline the venue as a solo artist.
